Review Requirements

Read all vendor rules, regulations, and booth specifications before applying. Make sure your business type fits one of our three vendor categories.

Applications Open Summer 2026

2026 vendor applications will open in the Summer. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified the moment applications go live — spots fill fast.

Submit Your Application

Complete the online vendor application with your business details, booth type, and any special requirements. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Receive Confirmation

Approved vendors receive a confirmation email with booth assignment, payment instructions, and the vendor packet with all setup details.

Vendor booths are positioned throughout the Bicentennial Capitol Mall grounds for maximum foot traffic. Premium front-facing spots are available at $895 per booth; standard spots start at $600.

IMPORTANT

Rules & Regulations

Please read all rules carefully before submitting your application. Vendors who do not comply with these regulations may be asked to leave without refund.

Setup & Teardown

  • Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 30 minutes before festival opening each day
  • Teardown must be completed within 2 hours of festival close
  • Early teardown during festival hours is not permitted
  • Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and supplies

Booth Requirements

  • All booths must remain within their assigned 10×10 space
  • Booth structures must be weighted or staked — no exceptions
  • Generators are permitted only with prior written approval
  • All electrical equipment must be UL-listed and in good working condition

Food Vendor Requirements

  • Valid Metro Nashville Health Permit required before setup
  • All food must be prepared and served in a sanitary manner
  • Proper food handling certifications required for all staff
  • Grease disposal must be handled per Metro Nashville regulations

General Conduct

  • Vendors must maintain a clean and professional booth area at all times
  • Alcohol may not be sold by individual vendors — beer service is managed by the festival
  • Loud amplified music from vendor booths is not permitted
  • All vendors must carry general liability insurance ($1M minimum)

General Liability Insurance Required

All vendors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance naming Nashville Oktoberfest as an additional insured prior to setup.
